Reed Care & Scent Adjustment
- Flipping your reeds: Flip the reeds once a week to refresh the scent. Simply remove the reeds, turn them upside down, and reinsert the dry end into the oil.
- Adjusting scent strength: Use more reeds for a stronger fragrance and fewer reeds for a subtler scent. Start with fewer reeds and add more as needed.
- Best placement: Position your diffuser in an area with gentle airflow, such as near a doorway, to help carry the scent around the room. Avoid placing in direct sunlight or near heat sources, as this can cause the oil to evaporate too quickly.
- Note for larger rooms: Reed diffusers are best suited to small and medium spaces. In larger open-plan rooms, the scent may be more subtle — placing the diffuser in a central location will help maximise its reach.
